How do we use our FAWN AND SAGE cocoon swaddle?

>>Just bunch the swaddle up with your hands (like you were about to put a sock on), then start from the babies feet and work your way up to his or her shoulders! There are no zippers, no wrapping, no velcro or snaps. These are designed to be so soft, stretchy and comfortable for your baby! When baby is able to roll over, stop using.


How do I wear my FAWN AND SAGE headband?

>> There are a few ways to wear them. First, you can wear them the original way by tying the ends in a double knot. You can also wear them backwards where you tie them in the back. If the bow is too big for your baby/child then you could always tie it in one knot and then tuck the flaps in the band. Another option is to tie it in a knot and then tuck the ends in the knot instead of the band to make more of a bow feature. The options are endless!

Can I make a change to an order I already placed?

>> I do not accept changes once your order has been placed, I have no way of keeping track of them, so please be sure to look over your order and double check to ensure everything is correct before checking out. Also, it is VERY important that you get the right shipping address on your order because I print directly from your order slip and once it is printed, I can not change it.

How long after I order my item (s) will they be shipped?

>> Your order will be shipped 1 week after you purchase. Everything is handmade by me and a lot of time and care goes into each item being made.

I have not received my item, is there anything I can do?

>> FAWN AND SAGE is not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your item(s) please contact me before placing your order and I will adjust the shipping cost. Also, if your item is lost, please contact the post office with your tracking number to file a claim.

Does FAWN AND SAGE offer wholesale?

Am I able to wash my headbands and swaddle?
>> Yes, wash on a cold, delicate cycle inside of a mesh wash bag.
