Custom and personalized orders
My items are not exchangeable and not returnable for the following reasons:
1.) My items are handmade and printed only when someone orders it.
2.) Because my items are made to order, I can not re-sell it because customers don't always order the same items specially since there are so many designs, sizes and colors available.
3.) Because of Covid 19, I can not accept returns on wearables specially shirts and onesies.
5.) Even if an item was purchased for a special event, I can not accept the return even if the delivery doesn't make it on time for the event.
