I never received my order. I contacted the shop, but did not receive any reply either. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to wearing these earrings. Not sure how to resolve the situation or get a refund.

Mjöll Jewellery is a collection of limited edition minimal pieces and one-of-a-kind jewellery designed and handcrafted by Reykjavík based metalsmith, Elísa Mjöll. In the Icelandic language there are many different words to define and describe snow. Mjöll means newly fallen snow. The collection is inspired by the raw beauty found in Icelandic nature as well as the simplicity found in the Icelandic culture and architecture.

Traditional metalsmithing techniques are used with an assortment of metals ranging from brass, silver, 14k gold fill, and solid 14k gold. The styles are produced in limited quantities, with each individual piece unique in its own aspects due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
