Announcement   Welcome to Miscellanee! Here you will find sterling silver jewelry, leather jewelry, my photos on canvas, wood and tiles, and some fun things for the house. As you will see from the assortment of items, I like to dabble! i am happy to announce my newest line of leather jewelry accented with freshwater pearls, turquoise, amazonite, and African Glass!!

I use sterling silver and natural stones to make simple, classic jewelry. My favorite things to work with include pearls, larimar, apatite and sea glass!
With the leather jewelry, I make designs that are classic and can be worn with a little black dress, office attire or jeans!

For my photos, I take my original photos and attach them to different surfaces for a unique look. Most are hand attached to canvas though recently I have had fun distressing wood and putting the photos on that! Also, I attach them to ceramic tiles to make coasters that you can really use! This is a great option of you love a photo but are out of wall space.

I combine my love of the beach and horse farm life in my items. I can also do custom work and out your photos on canvas, wood or tiles too!!! It's alot of fun to see what your favorites are to use.

I like creating a variety of things, hence the name Miscellanee. You can also follow my shop on Facebook. Thanks for stopping by!

This is perfect for my daughter's riding birthday party. Seller was so prompt with responding to my questions, super accommodating in amount/colors, as well as shipping it promptly in time for the party. Would definitely buy again from her!

About

Dabbling in a little bit of everything!

Photography has been a passion for most of my life. When taking a picture, my goal is to zero in on that moment when you can feel the sun on your face, hear the ocean in your ears or feel the sand between your toes. To capture that moment you have seen a thousand times but never took the time to really enjoy and see in detail.

The majority of my photos are taken in one of my two favorite places: down the shore or on our horse farm. My art work consists of attaching my photos to canvas, wood, or tile and then coating them for texture to give the illusion of brush strokes on the picture.

I started making jewelry because I like simple, classic pieces and many items that I found at craft fairs were larger pieces. I took a few classes and then I was off and running!

I hope you enjoy my work! ~ Kristine Remlinger

Additional policies and FAQs
Sterling silver jewelry will tarnish over time from exposure to air and elements. Storing metal jewelry in zip lock bags or anti tarnish bags along as well as not keeping it in the bathroom where it is exposed to moisture will help to slow down the tarnishing process. Polishing cloths made especially for silver and gold are very effective in removing any tarnish that occurs.

Leather and waxed linen jewelry will stay looking nicer longer if removed before bathing or swimming.

Due to the nature of the nature of the materials used in the cotton bracelets and anklets , I do not recommend wearing them in the water.
