Do you ship internationally?
No, I no longer do. If you order, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Return the item for a full refund. Please do not throw a fit and post a false review. A refund will be issued as soon as the item is returned.
My DVD or CD is blank, what should I do?
I check all DVDs and CDs before I mail them all the way to the last track. Not all players play CD-Rs or DVD-Rs. Check another player or you may need to upgrade to a player that advertises "Plays CD-Rs and DVD-Rs"
Please read descriptions before buying. I have read some baffling reviews where the customer did not know what a DVD-R or a CD-R were.
I am the official Historian/Biographer for Rankin/Bass Productions and almost all of the video and audio I sell here is only available from me. I offer it so that fans can enjoy it. I am seeing so many baffling reviews here, that the customer has no idea who I am or what they are buying...AND I include my business card and postcard??? Everything is handmade. The rare stuff has not been commercially released.
