Can I track my package?
Yes! Tracking is available via Etsy. If you would like the tracking number anyway, please feel free to message me! With the exception of purchasing stickers on their own, all packages have a tracking number as I ship via USPS.
Why haven't I received my order in X amount of time?
As I ship via USPS there can be many factors including weather, natural disasters, season (holiday seasons), etc. that can cause delay.

What happens if my package is stolen/lost?
Unfortunately, once the package is out of my hands and at the post office, there is nothing I can do about getting it to you. I can offer you a partial refund for shipping cost (not the cost of the item) or offer you a discount code to purchase the item again.
I regret my purchase. Can I get a refund on my order?
Unfortunately, no. Please make sure you really want your order before confirming your purchase(s). It causes great harm to small businesses to cancel/refund orders simply because a customer regrets their purchase.
However, if there is an issue with the order, please contact me and we can work together to amend it.
