All orders are tracked (unless you specifically asked for untracked), and once it is marked as "Delivered", I am no longer responsible for it. Unfortunately I am also not responsible for any delayed, missing or stolen packages since it is out of my control.
-If your package is lost, please contact your local post office.
-If tracking is marked as Delivered but you did not receive the package, please wait a few days to see if it arrives. If not, please contact your local post office.
-If your items arrived damaged, please contact me with proof of the packaging and the insides.
-Please make sure you are able to receive mail from the USA. If a phone number is required to be included in the shipping, please message me

Orders will be shipped using USPS first class mail service, so they will be tracked. Keep in mind that for international tracked orders, package will be fully tracked within the US, but may not be once it leaves. There may be less frequent updates once it reaches your country.

Delivery times vary depending on your country. There has been a lot of delays, especially around holidays, so please allow extra time for your package to arrive.
Around 1-2 weeks for US orders, and at least 1-3 months for international orders.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for missing/undelivered mail due to incorrect address input. If the package is returned to me, I can offer to resend it if you pay the shipping cost, OR I can refund the order amount minus the shipping cost.
