Frequently asked questions
UK Shipping
Standard shipping is by Royal Mail 2nd class. Delivery is usually between 2 - 5 days after dispatch. This does NOT include tracking.
Shipping Upgrades (charges apply)
1st Class - Delivery usually between 1-4 days after dispatch.
1st Class Signed For - Delivery usually between 1-4 days after dispatch.
Guaranteed Next Day - Delivery next day.
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
If your order has not arrived after 13 working days please contact us and we may be able to offer you a refund.
*Due to Coronavirus delivery can take longer.
** Business days refer to weekdays and do not include weekends (Saturday is not a working day) or bank holidays.
International and European Shipping
All international deliveries are now being shipped by Royal Mail international standard (this is an untracked service).
We do have shipping upgrades available at checkout.
Delivery to USA is usually between 7 - 20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to Europe is usually between 7 - 20 Business days after dispatch.
Delivery to the rest of the world is usually between 10 - 25 business days after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived after 32 working days please contact us and we may be able to offer you a refund.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This includes any customs or administration charges applied by delivery companies due to Brexit. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Are our bracelets suitable for children?
Due to small parts and use of different strings / cords our products are not suitable for children age 10 and below.
Can I cancel my order?
All customers have the right to cancel their order for 1 hour after purchase.
After this time we will not be able to cancel as we can start work on your order immediately.
At our own discretion we may be able to cancel your order. This does not apply to personalised or custom orders.
Do wishes come true?
Our wish bracelets make lovely gifts and are for entertainment only. We cannot make any guarantee your wishes will come true, but cross your fingers and you never know!
Do we provide proofs?
We do not provide proofs or pictures prior to dispatch on any of our standard items.
We will only provide proofs or pictures if expressly agreed prior to purchase on custom items. We will agree with you (the customer) the number of proofs / pictures.
Where will my order be posted?
All orders will be posted to the address you have on file with Etsy.
Please check it prior to ordering and upon checkout.
Any orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur new postal charges. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
For personalised or custom orders where the customer refuses to pay the new postal charges there will be no refunds for their order.
Printing of names and messages.
All printing of names and messages is carried out at our own discretion.
We do NOT print names on cards in uppercase as the fonts we use are not compatible. All names are printed with a capital first letter and the rest in lowercase.
We cannot print anything that is known to be copyright.
We will not print any message that is either offensive or can be deemed to be offensive.
Can I ship to a different address?
We can only ship to the address that is quoted at time of purchase by Etsy. It is the buyers responsibility to check this address is correct.
If you would like your order shipping to a different address you will have to contact us to cancel the order. You can then reorder with the correct address.
