The processing time does not include the USPS handling time. You can also view the listing itself and find the section "Ready to ship in" to view the current processing time for a particular item. Please understand that the occasional delays by USPS are out of our control and we don’t send out replacements for delayed packages. Most of the packages we send out arrive on time. If you need your package by a certain date, please plan ahead and consider upgrading the shipping method to priority mail. Thank you!
♥ We ship quickly. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm. You can message us at any time and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
♥ Please make sure to read the complete listing before purchasing and message me with any questions. Each listing has its own specifications.
♥ It's the customer's responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. We don’t change addresses provided by the customer and don't have the time to reach out to all customers to verify that the correct address was provided. Please make sure to verify your address before submitting your order. You can do that in two ways:
- Edit your address to change to the correct delivery address during checkout.
- Edit your address under your profile settings.
If you use Apple Pay or Paypal, please make sure that you have the correct address on file with them as well . Should you provide an incorrect address for your order, you can try to intercept your package with the USPS. ♥ Any returns have a 10% restocking order. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
♥ We don't offer cancellations. Please double-check your order and know what you are ordering. Orders are processed promptly and we may not be able to get to your message until after your order ships. This also includes orders placed "as a mistake".
♥ Pictures are often zoomed in to show the detail and nature of the stone. Please do not try to guess sizing just by looking at the pictures and reach out if you have any questions. Colors may vary based on monitor calibration and/or the nature of the item.
♥ Currently, due to time constraints and and location changes, we are no longer able to send pictures of individual stones for you to choose from.
♥ Descriptions of stones can be requested but are not included by default.
♥ Current availability for special orders is very limited with a processing time of 7-10 business days.
♥ We offer custom engraving for certain items and a font chart is included in listing photos. If you don't tell us which font you would like, we will engrave with the font in listing photos. Engraved items are not refundable so if you want a different font, please make sure to provide it with your order. Some customers like blank charms. If you don't include engraving details, we'll reach out to you via Etsy to confirm, however, if we don't hear back, the charm will be sent as a blank with no engraving. Please double-check the engraving spelling.
♥ Please review the care instructions. Generally, we don't recommend sleeping, swimming, exercising, showering, etc with the jewelry. Using harsh chemicals (including hand sanitizer) may affect the metals. There is lots of information listed in the shop as well but this is some of it.
♥ Some items, such as rings, are not refundable and not exchangeable. It's the customer's responsibility to know the size when ordering.
♥ Reviews: if you are an influencer who's looking to purchase from us, please don't contact us to let us know that you plan on reviewing or unboxing our product on your public outlet. We treat our customers the same and don't include extra items to obtain positive reviews. It's unethical and feedback manipulation that we do not support. We treat our customers the same. It's also come to our attention that some of our reviews are left by competitors, those employed by competitors selling similar products and friends/family. We do not engage in review-wars and want to make possible customers aware that this is an ongoing issue with the review system.

Most of the gemstone and crystal necklaces and earrings are made using genuine sterling silver, 14k gold fill, 14K rose gold fill. Most gemstones are "one of a kind" in their appearance and so unique. The gemstone bracelets are available either as slide-on bracelets made with a strong elastic cord, a beading wire with a trigger closure and extender (those will be completed as customs) or a macrame style made with an adjustable closure. All items are shipped in a branded gift box. Gift wrapping is available.
