RETURNS: We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unused jewelry. Just notify us within 3 days of receiving it and ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving it so that we have it back within 14 days. Items received after 14 days will receive store credit not a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Because we include US shipping, all returns/exchanges are subject to a $6 restocking fee that is deducted from your refund to cover our shipping costs.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CANCELLATIONS: We accept cancellations if your order has not shipped. Once shipped, the return restocking fee applies.

The bracelet size you want to order is the WEARABLE length of the bracelet you’d like since everyone has different desired fit preferences like close fit or loose fit, not your actual wrist measurement.

I suggest measuring your wrist and adding:

0.25” for a close fit touching all around.

0.50” for an average fit with a little room but not a lot of extra movement

0.75” for a looser fit, perfect If you like more room or stacking several up the wrist at once.

To measure your wrist, you'd measure around it in a circle. Wrap the ruler around your wrist close with no extra room but, not tight and cutting into the wrist and that will tell you your wrist size. Then you can decide how loose you'd like it.

Items in the photographs are the first one made of each style. They are available until sold. Once they sell, you will receive a similar bracelet of the same stone & same quality. Since stone patterns vary & each bracelet is made to order in your size, please allow for natural differences in stone patterns from the photos.

In some cases if a stone's patterns vary dramatically, I will list each bracelet made from that stone separately & indicate if that is the exact bracelet you will receive.

Colors may vary from one mobile device/monitor/PC/browser to the next & may appear different to the naked eye. We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible.

All jewelry comes gift boxed with a tied bow and is gift ready at no charge.

The gift packaging can also be easily opened so you can preview your gift and easily closed again before gifting to someone special.

Gift messages can be included with your order, just select the gift option when ordering and include your gift message. Please note: Etsy doesn't print emojis correctly in gift messages.

Etsy emails order receipts to you so none will be included in your gift package.

Gift wrap is available for an additional charge.

GO GREEN: We can omit the gift boxes if you prefer to reduce waste and clutter, just mention it in the order comments.

Custom orders that require stones I don't currently carry may require either advance payment or a deposit (for higher priced items).

The best way to put them on and take them off is to touch your fingers together and to roll them on or off your wrist rather than tugging them on or off.

It's safest to always remove rings before putting on or taking off bracelets.

Bracelets can be gently cleaned with a gentle soap while washing your hands if they get something on them. Lightly lather, rinse, pat dry. (Not advised for porous stones like turquoise and malachite.)

Energetic cleansing (smudging) can be done in a multitude of ways if needed. Just send me a message if you have questions.

**Jewelry contains small parts and is not suitable for small children. Please do not let small children chew on or put jewelry in their mouths as it could become a choking hazard.**

The optional tiny sterling silver bead is my preferred personal touch. I use the thickest & most durable stringing elastic & knot it in the safest way that will not come untied. It is then safely glued inside the silver bead.

The silver bead allows me to:

1) Use stronger elastic than many others.

2) Tie a more resistant knot than many others.

3) Avoid drilling larger holes & possibly destabilizing beads

4) Protects the knot from wear, rubbing.

5) Silver provides cleansing, grounding & protection.

6) The bracelet can be used as a mala for counting by knowing your starting point.

7) It looks so cute!!

I also offer 14kt yellow gold filled, 14kt rose gold filled, gunmetal, antiqued copper, antiqued brass, and gold plated brass, etc.

If your order is marked *Delivered* by USPS but you haven’t received it, here are some helpful steps:
1: Double-check your delivery location such as your side doors, porch, or garage. Also check any shared mail areas or parcel lockers.
2: Ask neighbors / household members. A neighbor may have accepted your package or someone in the household may have picked it up.
3: Wait 1–2 days to insure it doesn't arrive.
4: Call your LOCAL post office, they can GPS-track delivery location & help retrieve package.
5: File a claim at usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.

Please note that once an item is marked as *Delivered*, it is considered fulfilled on our end. We are happy to assist with next steps, but we do not reship or refund for confirmed deliveries.
