Care instructions
Waxed canvas bags cannot be machine washed or dryed (really, it's not a good idea to machine wash any bag). The best option is to hose off with cold water and hang dry.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Our bags are all individually wrapped and packaged...while we do not offer custom gift wrapping services, you'll be pretty happy to open your package and find that is is very giftably wrapped.

Returns & Exchanges
A note about returns to elaborate on our above policy (full policies can be found on our main website)
Returns on orders over $450, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We understand that sometimes people like to order several bags to see in person but, this means we are making every single bag for your order, most of the time from scratch, prioritizing your order over other orders, holding things up down the line. If your intention is to order a bunch of bags but you don't plan on keeping them all, please get in touch with questions first and we can set up a phone call to help you decide on the right bag for you. Every Moop bag is made by hand in our downtown Pittsburgh studio storefront.
