I messaged the seller about it and they were very considerate about it, they offered to resend it for me, which I greatly appreciated. This was a great gift for my father, who is pretty picky about scents. I highly recommend and will be shopping here again.

The only suggestion I might have is to please secure the items within the box -one bar fell on the floor and was slightly damaged when the box was opened.. not at all a huge deal, though it might be for another.
