Announcement   ***Please note***November and December are our busiest months. We sell out of items quickly and will restock them once our open orders are filled. We process orders in the order they are received. Please don't ask us to "rush" your order. Currently we are shipping in 3-5 days but this is subject to change the busier we get.

What makes our labels different from other label companies? They are all designed by me. We don't use clip art. I create our stock designs so every time you order labels it's like getting a little piece of original artwork.
Our labels are simple, yet sophisticated so they don't overwhelm the garment you are sewing it into. Our look is Natural and Simple.

The heat set process and high end cotton we use makes our labels fade proof and last longer than labels that are just printed on an inkjet printer. All of our custom clothing labels are machine washable and dryable and don't bleed. They get softer each time they are washed. Ironing them is not necessary or recommended but if ironing is desired please use lowest setting on iron after the label is sewn in. If ironing before item is washed, it is recommended to place a sheet of parchment paper or material between iron and ink on label.

We offer 2 types of cotton
100% Cotton twill which is our softest label and perfect for children's and baby's clothing. It has a bit of a herringbone texture on it and works well with simple logos. The 2 long edges are finished and the 2 shorter edges need to be turned under or sewn into a seam before sewing in garment to prevent fraying

100% Organic Cotton which is a smoother cotton and is best for detailed logos. It is a sturdy label meant to last the life of the garment. The fabric is cut on the bias so the edges don't fray and can be sewn down as is. The edges fuzz very slightly after the first wash. This label gets softer each time it's washed.

*****If your item is being shipped to somewhere outside of the US you may incur a custom's fee. You as a customer are responsible for paying this fee. Please do not ask us to lower the value of your package as this is illegal and we can't put our business at risk***

First Class Shipping for labels is just $2.95 no matter how many sets you order (US orders only)! We mail FIRST CLASS in a padded envelope. All labels come packaged in a zip lock polybag.

About

Custom Knitting, Crochet and Care labels

A while back I was looking for some personalized labels for my hand knit garments and all I could find were the same old fashioned satin labels I used in the 1980s. With many years of graphic design and fiber experience, I did what any creative person would do. I designed my own line!

A friend told me about Etsy. I listed a few of my designs and within months, they started selling. We found our niche in the marketplace and our label business is a huge success today. We sell our labels at Webs and Lion Brand Studio, in Lion Brand's catalogue and on their website and have been featured in major knitting and crochet magazines. I have over 25 years of graphic arts experience and I create all of my designs and my husband and I produce all of the labels in our studio ourselves so each one is inspected by hand. Etsy is our fulltime job so your labels are our primary focus.

Frequently asked questions

Will my labels fray or unravel?

Our cotton twill is finished on the 2 long edges. The short edges need to be turned under slightly or if it's a fold over label, the open ends need to be sewn in a seam before sewing in.

Our organic cotton labels can be sewn in as is. They don't fray or unravel. They fuzz very slightly around the edges after machine washing

Where do I put the information I want printed on my labels?

If it's just text or your name, enter into the "special instructions box" at checkout.

If you are providing your own artwork for our custom logo labels, email it to us at pamelaparenteau@comcast.net

Can I write on my labels?

Sharpie fine point markers work the best on our labels.

Are my labels machine washable and dryable

Yes, you can safely wash and dry them.
