The order was shipped out within my stated 1-10day processing time. Your Expected Delivery as stated by Etsy was Oct 11-25. On the 25th you told me it was received but the envelope was damaged and ripped with no necklace inside. I ship the necklaces in an envelope as USPS First-Class Mail because it costs $1 as opposed to $6 if shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. Once I was aware the order was damaged, I made you a new necklace and shipped it USPS Ground Advantage. I’m sorry for your bad experience.
