Moon Raven Designs was born from the artistic mind of Michael R. Doyle, the creative outlet for a lifelong passion of nature and the design habits of mother nature. His interest for producing jewelry versions of human and animal anatomy has been with him since childhood when he would go out into the forest to look for skeleton remains of animals.

Taking from mother natures inspiration Michael transcends nature’s function over form and creates simple and interesting pieces, each with its own detail and intrigue.

Michael and his wife call Vancouver Island, British Columbia home. His west coast studio is surrounded by a vast array of wildlife that literally live in his backyard and as he says, there really are no words to describe the natural beauty and power.

Etsy is the cornerstone of Moon Raven Designs, it has provided Michael and Dianne the opportunity to do what they love and to meet customers from all over the world who enjoy and love what Moon Raven does and that is an amazing thing.

What are your terms for returns/exchanges?

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange/return . It must be postmarked back into the mail within 7 business days from receipt of package.

Returns must include:
Original invoice
All original packaging

All returns must be received by us within 21 days of the ship date.

Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If you received free shipping at time of your purchase we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from refunded amount.

We charge a 10USD restocking fee on all returns.

Earrings and belly button studs are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygienic reasons.

Also any items that are engraved are not returnable.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment.

I don't live in the US/Canada will I have to pay customs fees?

Depending on your country of residence your local postal service may require additional customs/taxes on orders. These fees are due on delivery. We have no ability to pre-charge for these fees and they are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend our customers review the import rules of their home country to estimate these fees before purchase.
