Frequently asked questions
PROCESSING and SHIPPING (When will I receive my order after purchase?)
Please note that the TOTAL ESTIMATE ARRIVAL TIME includes the PROCESSING time + SHIPPING time.
PROCESSING time: Unless specified in the individual listing, we normally take 2 - 4 business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) to prepare and pack your order.
SHIPPING time: This will depend on your location and type of shipping method you have chosen upon purchase.
** Please note that an upgrade to Priority Mail will NOT affect the Processing time. **
Within US -Standard mail will normally take 3-5 business days. Priority mail will normally take 2-3 business days.
Once the item is shipped, the delivery will solely depend on the postal service. Mrs. MyLaurie does not have control on it. Please plan and order ahead of time.
Can I place RUSH ORDER?
To ensure the quality of each product and to be fair to all customers, we do not accept rush orders. All orders will be shipped based on the listed Processing + Shipping time. All early shipment request stated in the Note to Seller box will be disregarded. Thank you for your understanding.
HOW DO I PERSONALIZE an item in Mrs. MyLaurie?
The required personalization details are listed under each listing's Item Description/ Details. Please follow the instructions and provide the personalization details in the Note to Seller box when checking out.
**IMPORTANT**
We personalize all items based on the information provided by our customers. Please double check all spellings and personalization details before placing your order. As all items are laser engraved permanently, no changes can be made after items are sent to production.
Any additional customization other than those appear in the original design will incur extra fees and should be requested before purchase. Any special request stated in the Note to Seller box without contacting us beforehand will be disregarded.
Will I receive a PROOF automatically after I place an order?
No, if it is a regular order in which we will just plug your personalization info, such as name or date, directly to our design. However, we are happy to provide a proof upon request. Please be sure to specify it in the Note to Seller box when checking out.
In cases when we think that a proof is necessary, such as a custom request which goes beyond our listed design or if we have questions about your personalization info, we will still send out a proof for approval.
Once a proof is sent, your order will be on hold until we receive your proof approval. Depending on the time of your response, your order may not be able to arrive within the listed time frame. Please be sure to check your inbox for any incoming messages from us.
Can I RETURN or EXCHANGE an order after purchase?
All orders are custom made and being inspected thoroughly. Due to the personalization nature of our products, we do not accept any return or exchange. Before ordering, please read the listing instructions carefully and leave all necessary information.
The SHIPPING ADDRESS I entered in my order is INCORRECT, what should I do?
Please contact us within 1 business day to discuss a possible solution.
Once the item is shipped, Mrs.MyLaurie is not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect shipping address. If the package is returned to us, customer will be responsible for any shipping costs needed to reship the order to the correct address.
Please double check your shipping address before you submit your order.
The PERSONALIZATION I entered is INCORRECT, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a solution.
Once the item is sent to production, Mrs.MyLaurie is unable to revise the personalization details. Customer will have to re-purchase the item with the correct information.

How long should I be expecting a REPLY from Mrs. MyLaurie?
From Monday to Friday, we try our best to answer all inquires within 24 hours. We answer inquires occasionally over the Weekends and Holidays, as we do hope that we could squeeze some time to be with our family after a busy week, so please bear with us if we could not reply your messages during the weekends, we will get back to you immediately on the next business day :)
