Our handknitted garments, accessories and toys are handmade from natural fibers including 100% pure New Zealand Wool, Merino and Luxury Mohair.

Unless otherwise stated all sweaters are custom made and will be made to your measurements. The overall size is based on the chest measurements of your dog. If you are unsure of the size please ask via a conversation.

I've been buying jumpers from Mr. Soft Top for years. My dog Bronson loves them and so do I. They wash and dry beautifully. Bronson has five, some more than 7years old. I can't recommend these doggy clothes highly enough. Many thanks.

Mr Soft Top - Luxury Dog Apparel

I first learned to knit at age 8 and the first thing I made was a sweater. Since then I have always knitted as a way of relaxing and loved coming up with creative designs.

In 2006 I starting knitting doggy sweaters as a way of using up some spare yarn. I listed them on a local auction site and my first customer bought 1 then ordered another 5! By 2007 Mr Soft Top had been setup and my ETSY store was up and running. I have not looked back since then.

In 2013 I started working on a design for a lighter weight merino (pure wool) tshirt and have now expanded my range to include woolen coats, raincoats, cotton Workshirts and some fun accessories.
