I received my first sewing machine when I was 7 years old, and have never stopped sewing or crafting since! My mom, who must have known that this was a deeper love than fleeting 7 year old whims, invested in a "grown-up" machine for me that kept me going for the next 23 years! But even as I've upgraded machines and refined my skills, my delight in making things with my hands has never faded - I still get great joy from seeing a project take shape.

I am a work-at-home mama to two adorable boys, S (almost 4) and E (2.5), and a sweet baby girl, R (2 mo), who keep me constantly busy, but in my "spare time" my crafting love has found a new outlet in creating brightly colored projects for my kiddos and others! My oldest constantly says "Mama make you a cool new project!!" with overwhelming delight! (He thinks that all the products I make must be for him, and is only appeased when I tell him that they're for other boys and girls to play with!) Both boys provide hard-core testing grounds for me for all products that I make - for durability, fun, and appeal - and I don't sell any children's products that I wouldn't feel comfortable with my own children using.

My store was born out of a desire to share the joy and delight of those crafts with others - and help out just a little bit with my family's income at the same time. My shop is named for my kiddos - after S and E's constant companions, a stuffed elephant named "Murph" and a stuffed moose named "Moose" - whimsical, brightly colored play-things that bring great joy and delight! It is my hope that what you find here will also bring you and your families joy and delight as well.
