This product is absolutely amazing! I received the Amish leather version and fitted it to my 1895 45-70 guide gun. With heavy bear loads, this rifle has a substantial recoil. I took it to the range, and not only does this compression strap make it MUCH easier to control my shot, it also helped stabilize the recoil and follow up shots. It looks beautiful as well! I am a fan of custom leather work, and this is the real deal. I was very pleasantly surprised by the look and quality of the antiqued bronze type finish (the pin) that came with this particular version. I will be ordering more! The owner (Kent) was outstanding to work with. Throwing business to a small business owner is just so much better than the big name places that have lost sight of true customer service. This product and company will not disappoint!
