Many Chapters of A Big Ol' Story
My Fox Ship (formerly St Ludmilla's Joy): I began my Etsy life making rosaries, rosary bracelets and other devotional items. Over time, I added more and more "for fun" and fashion items to my works. From simpler, beaded items, to hand-stamped, to hand-formed, created from scratch pieces. It all depends on my moods and what I'm feeling the desire to try next. I have trouble sticking to one thing - I love exploring new ways to express myself and trying out new mediums. My shop is ever-changing and ever-growing.
Everything here is made by me; my shop is one of the single entity types that made Etsy what it is. I am the small business owner who gives a little cheer with each and every order that comes to my shop (my kids recognize the notification sound on my phone and actually shout "Woo-hoo, Etsy order!" every time they hear it). Every item had my hands on it and my heart in it.
Since I do a variety of things, my processes vary. I try to do as many things as I can for myself with my items. I hand sculpt my polymer roses. Several of my stamped pieces use hand cut blanks, I use all hand-tools for stamping and forming, etc. Many of my items are unique or even one-of-a-kind,
