Shipping
As all my files are digital printables there are no shipping fees.
→ My customized products will be sent in JPG or PDF file format to your Etsy-registered email address (If you order party package, the files will be in ZIP compression. Please be sure you have an unzip software on your computer.)
→ My instant downloadable listings contain PNG and/or JPG files (in ZIP compression).
It is important to know that I keep final (customized) files on my computer only for 14 days. Changes must be requested within the 14 day period or you will have to repurchase the listing again.
If you purchased customized backdrop banners: Because the size of these files are to big, I can't send them with email. The download link (you will get it with email) is available for you to download for up to 60 days after purchase. So make sure you download it within this period.
BUSINESS HOURS:
• Monday thru Friday: 8am - 6pm (Central European Time)
• Weekends: I spend my Saturdays and Sundays with my 3 kids and my husband. I respond to emails on weeksends if time allows.
CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME in 24 hours. Turnaround time starts after I have received all of your information.

My party designs are for personal use only. They may not be distributed, shared, sold or used for any commercial purposes. If you are a party planner, you are very welcome!
If you would like 2 names (and ages) on your invitation, please ask me first. At the most time there is enough room on the invite for 2 names, but I depend on the design.
Please note invitations and other personalized items are not instant download.
INSTANT DOWNLOADs:

You can print and use my digital collage sheets+clipart packages as much as you'd like for personal and small commercial crafts including jewerly, pendants, cards, collages, buttons, labels, scrapbooking, etc. You may not distribute or resell any part of the files in any digital form. My clip art packages can only be used to PHYSICAL products to sell.
My instant download products are sold as is. You may download only the finished, ready to print digital file(s). You can not modify these files (color, wording, etc.) on your computer. Instant download listings contain only unpersonalized files. No font-, design- and color changes, substitutions, exchanges. No refund!
INFO ABOUT YOUR PHOTOS:

I not change your photos used in photo invitations and annonuncements, so I am not responsible for problems associated with the blurriness, colors, etc. on your photo. I will not use your photo for any other purpose than your puchased invitation/announcement. I will delete it from my computer after finishing your order.

You may print my products at home, your local print store/photo lab, or online websites.
Please read it if you would like to use VISTAPRINT:
Vistaprint does not offer exactly 5x7 or 4x6 invitations.
Vista's 5x7" invitation is 7,17x4,61"
and their 4x6" invitation is 5,47x 4,21"
So if you would like to print your invites from Vistaprint you will need resize or your invitation may be distorted or cut off. I can resize your invite for an additional $5 fee.
