I am selling mostly beaded jewelry but also make specialty items like beaded gourd dolls, miniature pottery and leather pouches/bags. About

I love beads and beads love me back!

I started selling online after I retired. I have a lot more fun and time to devote to learning new things. I have sold at local craft shows, national Native conferences and taught beading classes for many years. But the challenge it still there to make small things of beauty. I also thoroughly enjoy meeting and friending artists from around the globe.

I have been beading and playing with beads since I was a teenager. I spent a lot of time with Native and non-Native mentors learning many different techniques. Eventually, I wrote and published 3 bead books. I also dabble in other art forms.

Production partners

  • My Production Partner is Elew from Pohakanten Blanks, also represented on Face Book as BAB and Kits.

    Winston-Salem, NC

Elew Mommpittseh and I have worked together on art projects including leather and beads. We have fun doing this and also helping other artists learning new skills. She currently lives in Colorado in a more rustic environment where she does her leather, andbeading, gemstone carving and silversmithing.
