All sales are final once payment is received. However, we believe in our products and we stand by them 100%. Since our products are handmade there could be a time when an item may have a defect. In that event we will be happy to work with you to make sure you're satisfied! One option is for you to exchange your item in its original packaging only for another item of the same value or be refunded the purchase amount. Refunds will not be completed until the item is received. You will need to contact me within 2 days of the receipt of your item.

We use a corrugated box to ship the wreath and secured with pipe cleaners to insure that the wreath does not move in the shipping process. Because the ribbons on the wreath are wired, they can be easily arranged if they get moved around a bit in the shipping process. We always try to ship your wreath in 1-3 business days.

All other items may be shipped in a bubble insulated envelope or small corrugated boxes.

The materials used in our wreaths are considered durable to outdoor exposure unless noted in the item's description. We would recommend hanging your wreath on a door that has a slight overhang. Unfortunately, over time, as with anything left outside, the sun will fade a wreath, some flowers and mesh more than others. No worries; your wreath should give you many seasons of enjoyment before that happens. A season would be considered one month at a time. For example, Halloween would be hung for the month of October.

Most crochet items are machine washable on delicate and cool water.
