Can I receive a proof/preview of the cake topper and/or name sign before I make a purchase?
Digital Proofs are provided AFTER an order is placed (when applicable). We do not provide proofs before an order is placed.
*This applies to personalized laser cut cake toppers, signs, or custom laser cut work in general (excludes ornaments, listings with font samples, plate names, keychains, etc). Generic or statement cake toppers do not have a proof as the design will b the one reflected in the images of the specific listing.
Can you Call or Text me? or Can I Call or Text you?
No. Please contact us via Etsy messages only. We will disregard any request to call or text you.
Can you tell me what font you use or the name of the font?
Unfortunately, we do not disclose our font names. Any requests for this information will be disregarded.
What are your message response times?
We try to answer all messages within 3 business days of receiving it (EXCLUDES weekends, holidays, closed days, vacation period). Please do not request for a phone call or to email you outside of Etsy.
What are your holiday hours?
We do not ship on any major holidays or days USPS observes holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, etc. Please view our announcements for other special dates which may affect your order.
When will my order ship?
Please check your invoice under your account details for your estimated ship date. Kindly note these are estimated and not guaranteed. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately upon placing the order or before.

What happens when I receive my item and it is damaged?
We are always sorry to hear that an item is received damaged. We definitely try our best to package the item to prevent it from breaking however, once the carrier is in possession of the item we are unable to control what happens to it during transit. If you received your item and it is damaged, please contact us immediately after receiving the item so we may better assist you. Do not throw anything away including the shipping box. If you contact us outside of the 30 days we are unable to assist you and you will need to place a new order.
Are your products painted on both sides?
Signs are not painted on the backside
Cake toppers are painted on both sides
White finish Ornaments are not painted on the backside
Although some of our products are painted on both sides, all of our products are meant for FRONT facing only. Any imperfections to the backside are to be expected and does not warrant a replacement. All wood material is unique and different in addition to each item is hand painted so variances should be expected.
Can you guarantee my deadline date?
No. We are not guaranteeing any deadlines at this time since all shipping carriers including USPS may experience delays in transit that are outside of our control
Does your products show wood grains?
Starting Mid-July 2020 onward we use a slightly newer wood material for our colored products and may show a wood grain texture even when painted.
Raw wood is the natural wood color (untreated) and colors/grains may vary from piece to piece. Some may have knot holes, deeper grains, etc which is natural for this type of material/finish and not considered a defect in the product.
