When you added a item in your cart and it shows $3.30, it means this item canl be shipped as letter/document flat rate, therefor, there will not be a tracking number come with it. Also, you would like to pay additional fee for tracking number service, please contact me before you place an order.

When you added a item in your cart and it shows $13.30, it means this item need to be shipped as USPS first class international package. There will come with a tracking number.

For domestic customers, please choose priority mail when check out.

For international customer, you can also choose international priority mail, it will usually take 6-10 business days. Feel free to contact me before you place your order.

We do not take responsibilities for damage or lost package during the transportation. Buyers are responsible for customs and any import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to the customs.

For missing package, we will only agree to issue a refund to buyers due to there is no scan history says "Accepted" by the post office in the tracking status.

We would recommend you to inspect your package once you received it. If there is any issue with your package, please contact the owner within 3 days( It starts to count from the delivered day which the tracking status shows). After 3 days, we are not able to take responsibility for any issue with the package.
