Care instructions
When receiving your plant do not be alarmed if the plant may look stressed from travel. Keep in mind that your plant had just been traveling by plane or car so it will need a little extra TLC when it gets to you. If you notice the topsoil is completely dry water the plant based on the recommended amount. Make sure to continue to give your plant the recommended amount of water and light depending on the specific type of plant.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We ensure that our plants will come properly packaged to prevent damage from travel as much as possible. That being said do be aware that unforeseen damage is possible in transit. If your package is damaged and has caused any damage to the plant please contact us immediately. We will allow up to 7 days to contact us if you believe the plant has been damaged during travel and we will take care of it. After 7 days of receiving the plant we are longer responsible for any damage or changes done to the plant.
Custom and personalized orders
The majority of the time we are selling the plants as shown in the photo or very similarly shown. That being said, take into account that the course of nature can uniquely change plants, but we will make sure to provide the product listed and described to the best of our abilities.
