All specimens are ethically and legally sourced from natural or humane origins — including natural passing, roadkill donations, licensed breeders, vintage estate collections, or educational specimens.
We do not harm, kill, or trap animals for the purpose of taxidermy. Every piece tells a story and is treated with reverence from start to finish.

We fully comply with local, state, and federal wildlife laws, including the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and CITES regulations. Please note: some items cannot be shipped internationally or across certain state lines due to legal restrictions. If you are unsure, message us before purchasing.

• 🪶 Processing Time: Each order is carefully packaged and shipped within the timeframe listed on each listing. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time — we’ll always keep you updated.
• 📬 Shipping: All orders are shipped with tracking. Once an item leaves our hands, delays caused by postal carriers are out of our control.
• 🌍 International Orders: Some countries have strict import regulations regarding taxidermy or animal products. Buyers are responsible for understanding their local laws and customs policies. Orders seized or delayed by customs are beyond our control.

🐾 Handling, Display & Safety

Taxidermy is delicate art. Please handle all specimens gently and avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, or damp environments. These conditions can damage natural materials over time. We recommend keeping items in a cool, dry space and using gloves when handling if possible.

For safety and preservation, always display your taxidermy pieces out of reach of pets and young children. Animals may be curious and can damage specimens — or harm themselves — if they chew, lick, or play with them. Placing your piece on a stable, elevated surface or inside a display cabinet is the best way to keep it safe and beautiful for years to come.

• 🪶 Vintage Taxidermy: Some pieces in our shop are true vintage and may show signs of age, patina, or slight imperfections — these are part of their unique history.
• 🧪 Wet Specimens: Our preserved specimens use professional-grade solutions. Do not open, ingest, or attempt to replace the liquid. If evaporation occurs over time, message us for instructions.

📜 Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the fragile and biological nature of taxidermy, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it.
• If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
