Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone, inoltre siamo i fondatori del marchio di abbigliamento OffOn. OffOn è stato creato nel 2012, da allora produciamo vestiti fatti a mano o, come ci piace dire, vestiti fatti a cuore per donne e bambine. La nostra azienda è unica per il suo approccio personalizzato: non produciamo collezioni stagionali ma piuttosto ci specializziamo su singoli ordini. Ogni pezzo per ogni cliente è creato con dedizione e sensibilità, fin dall'inizio fino all'inizio. Crediamo che OffOn sia un'azienda di abbigliamento sincera, funzionale e intelligente.
In OffOn creiamo per le persone che apprezzano la bellezza onesta e l'autentica semplicità. Per coloro che scelgono di vivere positivamente e che amano lo stile di vita lento. Positività del corpo
OffOn riguarda le emozioni, la sensibilità, la libertà e i sentimenti, ma non la stessa immagine corporea in cui tutti dovremmo adattarci. Pensiamo che ogni corpo sia perfetto con le sue piccole imperfezioni. In azienda il nostro obiettivo principale è quello di costruire un rapporto con i clienti che hanno esigenze speciali e non necessariamente un tipo di corpo standard. Per questo motivo, adattiamo ogni pezzo alle particolari esigenze e misure dei nostri consumatori. La body positivity al cento per cento è l'essenza del nostro marchio. Lavoriamo ogni giorno per rendere felici i nostri clienti e per farli sentire a proprio agio nella propria pelle.
Sostenibilità
Apprezziamo le persone e l'ambiente in cui viviamo quindi, scegliamo di produrre in modo sostenibile. Ogni anno si sprecano milioni di tonnellate di tessuti, ecco perché ci rifiutiamo di fare collezioni stagionali e creare abiti personalizzati in base alle esigenze individuali. Ogni tessuto è fatto a mano, non pensiamo particolarmente solo alle vendite, il nostro spreco di tessuto è dello 0%. Inoltre, utilizziamo materiali accuratamente selezionati e di alta qualità, che fanno durare a lungo i nostri vestiti. Siamo orgogliosi delle nostre scelte sostenibili : è così che mostriamo il nostro rispetto per il pianeta.
Fabbrica
Il marchio OffOn e la nostra fabbrica ha sede in Lituania, che è uno dei tre paesi baltici. Siamo felici di avere un team di sarti locali professionisti ed esperti, ci fidiamo della loro artigianalità e della considerazione per i dettagli. I capi che producono sono realizzati utilizzando vecchie abilità tradizionali - e questo, crediamo, è uno dei più grandi beni e conoscenze della nostra azienda. Il metodo di lavoro della nostra fabbrica si basa esclusivamente sulla conversazione e sul lavoro di gruppo: ogni aspetto, ogni passo è discusso e negoziato da tutto il team. We are a family of four, also we are the founders of OffOn clothing brand. OffOn was created in 2012, since then we produce hand-made or as we like to say - heart-made clothes for women and little girls. Our company is unique of its customized approach - we do not produce seasonal collections but rather we specialise on individual orders. Every piece for each client is created with dedication and sensitivity, from the very start to the very beginning. We believe that OffOn is a sincere, functional and intelligent clothing company.
At OffOn we create for people that appreciate honest beauty and authentic simplicity. For those, who choose to live positively and who enjoy the lifestyle of slow living. All clothes that we produce are inspired by our family’s personal experience and our every day stories. OffOn is not only what we believe in but it is also what we wear.
Body positivity
OffOn is about emotions, sensitivity, freedom and feelings, but not about the same body image we all should fit in. We think that each body is perfect with its little imperfections. At the company our main aim is to build a relationship with clients who have special needs and not necessarily a standard body type. For that reason, we adapt each piece to the particular needs and measurements of our consumers. A hundred percent body positivity is the essence of our brand. We work every day to make our clients happy and to let them feel comfortable in their own skin.
Sustainability
We value people and environment we live in therefore, we choose to produce sustainable. Each year millions of tons of textile are wasted, that is why we refuse to make seasonal collections and create clothes that are customized by individual needs. Each cloth is hand-made, we don’t think particularly only about sales, our waste of textile is 0%. Also, we use carefully selected and high quality materials, which make our clothes last long. We are proud of our sustainable choices - this is how we show our respect to the planet.
Factory
OffOn brand as well as our factory is based in Lithuania, which is one of the three Baltic countries. We are happy to have a team of professional and experienced local tailors, we trust their craftsmanship as well as consideration for details. The garments that they produce are made by using old traditional skills - and that, we believe, is one of the biggest asset and knowledge at our company. Our factory’s working method is based purely on conversation and group work - every aspect, every step is discussed and negotiated by the whole team. We follow ethical fashion practice - we try to offer our tailors as best working conditions as possible. We simply seek to create a better world for people.
