PRODUCTION TIME:

All our items are listed as "made to order" and are handmade. Every piece is dedicated and made to the person who ordered it, using old traditional skills. Type of such quality work takes time, so please note before ordering. At the moment it might take for us about 2-3 weeks to produce your order. We want your item to be perfect, so thank you for understanding! Your item will be shipped by registered mail as soon as we produce it and we will certainly send you an additional e-mail to inform you that your item is ready and that it was shipped!

​SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DURATION:

STANDARD (Free worldwide shipping):

Standard shipping via national registered post service or DHL/UPS Economy (depending on your location). Tracking is provided. This shipping option is reliable, but slower. So if you are not in a rush - it's a good option:

– European Union usually 4 – 8 days
– UK usually 5 – 8 days
– USA usually 3 - 9 days
– Canada usually 5 – 10 days
– Australia, New Zealand usually 5 – 15 days
– Everywhere else usually 5 – 10 days

EXPRESS via DHL or UPS (faster and safer way to receive orders):

– European Union usually 1 – 3 days
– UK usually 1 – 3 days
– USA usually 1 – 3 days
– Canada, Australia usually 1 – 3 days

​We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on public holidays.

DELAYED SHIPPING:

Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. OFFON Clothing cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

If you don't receive your order within 30 days, please write to us and we will start the investigation process with our post office. After investigation (in some cases it might take up to 90 days and this is beyond our control), if it appears that the parcel is lost, we will make a refund or send you a new item(s)!

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it.

SHIPPING UPDATE FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON:

please note that during the festive season regular shipping via National Post Services is getting slower and with unexpected delays. Therefore, if you plan to receive your order by the Christmas time, we would recommend you to choose Express shipping option, which is a faster and safer way!

CUSTOMS AND IMPORTANT TAXES:

The customer of an international shipment is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied by the destination country. For the most accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

If a parcel is returned to OFFON due to unpaid customs charges or because communication from the customs office or the selected carrier was missed, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the parcel’s return. Once the parcel arrives back at OFFON, the following charges may be applied to the customer: return postal fees, return shipping costs, customs duties or clearance fees, handling and processing charges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS:

Please email us within 14 days of receipt of your package with your intention to return your order. Please purchase “tracking” from your post office before returning item(s) and provide us with the tracking number. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or offer you shop credit. Your shop credit will be valid for 12 months, and can be used towards any on our shop. We do not offer refunds at this time.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. OFFON reserves the right to refuse to offer shop credit or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable.

WHICH ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

Non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable are:

- CUSTOM ORDERS (shorter/longer length, personalized items)
- Products marked as “FINAL SALE”, "LAST CHANCE".

Please note: All "FINAL SALE” and "LAST CHANCE" items are new and authentic OFFON products. While offered at a significantly reduced price, they maintain the same quality standards expected of OFFON merchandise. Please review product details, descriptions, and sizing carefully before making your purchase.

UNCOLECTED/REFUSED ITEMS

If your order is not collected and is returned to our warehouse, or if you refuse to accept it, OFFON reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 25 EUR to cover shipping/processing costs.

Please note that uncollected items are not refunded.

U.S. Shipments - DDP & TARIFF UPDATE

Shipping Update — Effective April 1st 2026.

Import duties on orders (placed from April 1st) shipped to the United States will be covered by OFFON CLOTHING. This means you won’t have to pay any additional import fees on online orders delivered to the U.S.
