I made an etsy account specifically to order from this shop and I was able to receive the shipment days before Christmas. When I first contacted the artist, I was nervous. I didn't know what to expect, but she was walked me thru the process of the what I wanted, gave me examples of her work, how I wanted the eyes, piercings and small details that would best resemble who this gift was for. Any silly questions I had was answered, I honestly thought I was a bother, but she was patient with me and reassured any concerns I had or things I forgot to mention.
