This bracelet is even more beautiful in person than in the picture (it's so sparkly) and the customer service I received was above and beyond. I experienced an odd occurrence with the post office where the scan indicated my package was delivered, but then another scan showed it was back at the post office after the delivered date. Chris went to bat for me in order to get reimbursed, but then low and behold the bracelet appeared almost a full month after the first scanned delivered date. The fault was entirely with the PO on my end as I have had several problems. Most importantly, my sister loved her birthday present and I felt taken care of!
