Ed did an absolutely amazing job with this radio. I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The restoration is beautiful, it still has all the character and charm of a vintage radio, but now with Bluetooth and sound quality that completely exceeded my expectations. It looks amazing, it sounds amazing, and you can immediately tell how much care and attention went into the work. I was genuinely blown away when I saw it and even more impressed once I heard it playing. I highly recommend Ed and his work. The radio I purchased was exactly as described. The Bluetooth connection worked perfectly and I appreciated that the seller sent instructions for use if needed. Great sound from the speaker and restored beautifully. It was packaged very well and shipped quickly.

This old radio now has new life as a Bluetooth speaker. The sound is excellent. Something about the wood case makes the normal Bluetooth speaker sound warmer. It arrived very fast and it is really superb.

This is one of the coolest things I’ve ever bought and was the perfect gift for my husband. I love giving old items new and useful life and not contributing to the “fast fashion” mentality when possible. Ed did an amazing job revitalizing this old clock radio and we could not be more in love with it. The speaker was worth every single penny. Ed is also so kind and considerate. Not only did he spell my name correctly (not everyone does) on his hand written note to me, but he messaged me on Etsy to tell me my package was on the way and mentioned that he set the time to mountain time which was just so thoughtful and an extra step he didn’t need to take but did. I will absolutely be purchasing another radio turned Bluetooth speaker from him in the future.

The IC-150 was in great condition

This way of reusing older radios as Bluetooth speakers is really the best of both worlds. It’s great to look at, and it’s easy to use. Delivery was on time and it was very well packed. Excellent purchase that fits in with the rest of my furniture.
