COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
*Where is my order? I can't download my order. How do I access my order?
- The listing you purchased is an instant download, so it is already available for you to access. You should have received an email from Etsy. This is automatically sent to the email address Etsy has on file for you. Make sure this email address is correct, I CAN NOT resend the download link to a different email address.
If you don't see it in your regular email folder, it may have ended up in your spam folder. You can also access your order directly from your Etsy account. Just log into your Etsy account from a computer. Go to the top right of the page and click on the drop down menu under "You." Go to "Purchases & Reviews." Then scroll down until you see your order. You can then click on the download button next to your order and follow the prompts to download.

*My order isn't printing correctly.
- Your purchase is set up to print on a 8.5" x 11" size paper. When you print at home, make sure your printer settings are set up to these dimensions and the "fit to page" button is not clicked.

*I can't view my file.
- You will need a PDF file viewer on your computer or phone to view your order. Most computers have these already installed, but you may need to install a pdf viewer on your phone.
