2 out of 5 starsI was very excited about the shorts I ordered, but unfortunately, the sizing was off. The shorts were beautiful and well made, but didn't fit me. The seller kindly offered to have me return them for an exchange in my correct size. I shipped the shorts back, and I confirmed receipt, but after that, my follow-up emails went unanswered. Eventually, I had to file a claim with Etsy and received a refund. I appreciate the initial willingness to resolve the issue, but communication after the return could have been much better.
