Shipping
SHIPPING WITHIN NZ: Shipping includes tracked service and you can add signature required in shipping upgrades.
Delivery target 1 - 3 working days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders are shipped by ‘International Air’, this does not include tracking.
For non delivery, all international shipments are covered by New Zealand Post's Compensation Policy. Buyers will need to sign and return the form sent by New Zealand Post as proof of address which comes in a free postage envelope.
Please send me a message if you would like to add online tracking and signature on delivery – this will incur extra shipping costs.

Environment
All of my items are made in a smoke free and pet free environment.
Care instructions
-Machine-wash cold or lukewarm water. Put inside a delicate bag or pillow cover
-Don't use bleach or fabric softener
-Do not wring. Roll in a towel and gently squeeze
-Dry in the shade
-If it's misshapen after being washed wait till dry before squeezing

Custom and personalised orders
All my orders are made at request. Usually it will take from 3 to 5 business days to have them ready to ship. If I think it will take me any longer I will let you know as soon as possible.

Digital patterns
For patterns, digital files will be available for download through the “Download” page on Etsy.com as soon as payment has been cleared. Your purchased files will be stored on your user on Etsy.com and can be downloaded at any time through the “Your Purchases” page. Please do let us know if you have any trouble downloading any purchased pattern(s).
For digital pattern files, all pattern sales are final and no refund is offered once the files have been sent or downloaded.
May I have a refund because I did not realize it was a digital download?
This shop does not accept returns or issue refunds. The nature of digital downloads is clearly stated in the title and description of the items. Refunded items still charge the seller fees. Thank you for understanding!
