Package is lost
I can do nothing if there is no tracking.
Are charms damaged? scratched?
For those charms which don’t have epoxy: charms aren’t damaged! They have a film protector in BOTH sides, I usually send them with that film.
Epoxy charms have no film.

Returned packages
If the package is returned I can send it again. I will confirm with you if the address is correct. Please answer asap. I will cover all expenses (not tracking).
