3 out of 5 starsEarrings I got where not made of the wood material as specified. On top of that, I was sent the wrong gauge size that when it fell out of my gauged ears, it broke instantly. UPDATE: I received the replacement earrings after having to spend money to ship back the broken one. Seller commenced to badger me about my review even before actually receiving the actual replaced product. In all my years on Etsy, this has been a first very unpleasant transaction which I won’t do again with this seller. The product replacement itself does fit now, but I hope it won’t break again.

My experience with this buyer has left me completely distraught. To clarify - The earrings I sent to her were correct. She ordered the wrong size for herself. The wood is 100% Arang wood as specified in the listing description. She was sent exactly what she ordered. This negative review was posted without reaching out to me, so when I saw this I tried to solve the issue immediately. When I got her broken earrings, I clarified the correct size was sent using a measurement tool and offered to send a bigger pair for her. I asked her to clarify this in her review since what she said about my shop was incorrect. And then she leaves this follow up review. Im at a loss as to what is going on, I responded immediately and tried my best to solve the issue for her, it deeply saddens me to see this.

4 out of 5 starsThese wolf earrings are gorgeous and I got lots of compliments. I didn't expect them to have flaws. I realize they're made out of natural wood, but there are significant stripes of discoloration on the wolf heads and they are not quite as smoothly finished as I they appear in the photo. I would still recommend them and this seller, bearing in mind that handmade items made out of natural materials might differ slightly with each piece. I'd like to add that they are very lightweight, especially for their size. So if you are concerned about that, I wouldn't worry. Their size makes them a little challenging but that is one of the things I liked about them. They definitely draw attention, and are truly stunning statement earrings.
