I haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you never received your item(s), please open a case with Etsy and contact me directly here. Your package could be delayed or lost in the mail due to postal services. If this is the case, we can work together to find a solution.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within a week of the initial order. Depending on the product, it can be shipped in a regular mail envelope or a bubble mailer.

My item seems defective, what can you do?

If your item is defective, contact me with a photo, and I will gladly help you! All items are homemade by me, and I would love to help out to the best that I can.

Do you run sales?

I often run sales on digital products during holidays, but never on handmade products. All homemade products are at the lowest prices possible for me as a small artist.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you want to send an order directly to a person as a gift, please let me know. It would be my pleasure to include a small personalized message in the package. However, I don't do special wrapping.
