First of all, metal work has not been something I have done my entire life, per say, and do not call myself a Blacksmith, but an Artisan. I retired a few years ago as an Operating Engineer, and have since dabbled in a few different hobbies. I discovered how much I enjoyed the forging and being able to use my creativity after I created my own Forge. Everything I make is from recycled/scrap pieces, even down to the coal(also hand made) I use to heat my homemade Forge. The second part of my hobby consists of my Garden, where I grow many different peppers, green beans, tomatoes, strawberries ect. I have found that using my own products that I have grown myself ensures that they are, in fact, organic in every aspect. My family and I use our Pepper Powders, made from peppers harvested in my garden, on everything! Literally, from eggs in the morning to spaghetti at night. The possibilities are honestly endless, they can be used in meat rubs or just to spice up an every day meal. Please, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
