When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped with tracking via USPS First Class (or Ground Advantage with tracking, if selected). Most orders ship out within 3 business days but could take longer during peak season.
My Seeds Didn't Germinate
All of our seeds are tested and exceed germination standards of 70%. Since seed germination can be influenced by many factors beyond the seed quality itself, including soil conditions, temperature, watering practices, and even timing, we CAN NOT guarantee your success. With the purchase of this product you are acknowledging we will not refund seeds due to poor germination rates.
My package says it was delivered but I can't find it
If your package says it was delivered, please check with family and neighbors before reaching out. We also suggest waiting an extra day to see if it arrives, as sometimes First Class mail is marked as delivered early. Why? We don't know, but many times that is the case.
It is up to you, the buyer to provide a safe and secure place for your packages. We are not responsible for theft or items damaged by the weather.
