5 out of 5 starsVeil turned out gorgeous and looked fantastic against my ivory silk wedding dress! Super unique and my husband loved it as well. The veil itself is a bit rough to the touch (not as soft or fine as I thought it would be), but I would absolutely recommend this veil to anyone. Gold flakes also dust off easily but she adds extra to the veil to account for that. Can't wait to put this in a shadow box!!

5 out of 5 starsI had my wedding dress custom made by Monique and it was the best choice!! Monique was such a pleasure to work with. The process was a breeze even though I am not located in Phoenix. We had multiple FaceTime calls to go over details. She was always super responsive with any questions I had throughout the whole process. She made parts of the dress in muslin and sent them to me so I could try them on, allowing her to make adjustments so that the dress would fit perfectly. I knew I didn't want an all white dress, and Monique perfectly replicated the exact color I wanted. She is so detail oriented, making sure everything is absolutely perfect down to the last stitch. She went above and beyond in every way! My dress is PERFECT! I cannot recommend working with Monique enough!

Since 2008, we have been refining and perfecting our unique approach to special occasion apparel and accessories. Our process is rooted in creating unconventional designs and a remarkable experience for our clientele.
We draw inspiration from ethereal fabrics, brilliant colors and the irreplaceable feeling of turning a radiant vision into the perfect dress. Every item that leaves our Phoenix studio is infused with thoughtful artistry and handmade quality, whether it is a custom dress, hand-dyed veil or delicate lace garter.
Cleo & Clementine is led by the vision of Monique Sandoval. A visionary dressmaker, Monique has mastered the art of seamlessly combining whimsy with bold design, nostalgia with timeless style, and simplicity with striking details.
Monique and her team carefully select each and every fabric, which range from tulle to European lace to natural fibers, like cotton and silk. Then, they let their hands and imagination go to work, hand dying and blending hues to get just the right color; pairing unlikely fabrics together; then cutting, pinning and sewing to create truly original designs.

The following policies are to let you know what to expect when working with Cleo and Clementine. Our customers have been a special part in our growth and we truly care about your experience here. If you have any questions after reading through our policies, please do send us a message.

Returns and exchange details
All bespoke orders require a deposit, which is normally half the price of your order. Your deposit allows us to start the process of creating your one-of-a-kind order. Since we have already invested time and materials in your order, half of your down-payment is non-refundable.
Finally, measurements are the responsibility of the client, if any changes must be made to the garment due to change in measurement after the production process has started, an additional charge may be implemented. We make all orders directly from the measurements given to us.
If you are unhappy for any reason, we will definitely try to fix the situation. Our ultimate goal is to make you happy, we want to hear, "It fits like a glove, you are the best Cleo and Clementine"! Ok, maybe we're not THE best, but we're constantly improving and refining our practices and techniques to get there.

PayPal notes:
If paying with an echeck, your item will process after payment clears.
Payment must be received before we place your order in our production schedule. It normally takes about 3-4 weeks for us to process, create, and ship a custom party dress, 12-14 weeks for a gown. All designs are subject to variance in production time. Please see the shipping tab on the design you have in mind for an estimated delivery time. If you would like an item sooner than the specified time, we do offer rush requests, for an additional 100.00

We will happily ship straight to a giftee as well as include a personal note as requested, just leave us the information in the note to seller at checkout.
