Payment

I only accept payment through Paypal. If you don't have a paypal account you can still pay by credit card through paypal. Just hit the pay by credit card button after going to paypal.

Failure to make payment or to contact me about any problems with your payment, within 48 hours of clicking the 'buy now' button, will result in a cancelled transaction.

Shipping

I will aim to ship out items within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping fee is stated at the bottom of each listing.

You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Approximate delivery timing will vary according to your location. For customers located in Europe it shouldn’t take longer than 10 days. It should take 10-15 days if shipped to US.

Please contact me if you are interested in a custom order. I am most likely to accept work that is similar in style to my collection as a whole which you can see at www.flickr.com/outoftheframe.

The turnaround for a custom made amigurumi is about 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Once your custom item is ready for you I will contact you with a link to your reserved item and then you will be able to purchase your item.
