🚚📦 Shipping time is in addition to processing time and is based on USPS and Etsy estimations, which are not always accurate. I never guarantee arrival dates, so please plan accordingly if you need your order by a certain date.


🔹CANCELLATIONS
I don't have a problem cancelling your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once you receive a shipping notification, it's too late to cancel. Some items, such as custom listings and orders, may not be eligible for cancellations.

🔹RETURNS
I offer returns on certain unused, unopened items unless otherwise noted in the listing, but only if you contact me first. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return is my fault. If the item has been opened or used or otherwise not in the same condition that it was sent, you will not receive a full refund.

If you do not contact me about a return before sending an item back, I legally do not have to refund or replace it.

🔹REFUNDS
I offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me right away. I will require a picture of your order and sometimes the packaging, so don't throw anything away. Please take clear, good quality photos with a plain background. A piece of paper works well for this. Please be patient, kind, and willing to cooperate with me while I am trying to help you with your order.

In most cases, I will require the return of the item(s) for a refund, and it will not be issued until the item is in my possession.

I understand how frustrating it can be if something doesn't go as planned with your order, but I am only human and I humbly ask for your patience and cooperation while allowing me to help you. I have many positive reviews about my customer service, so please don't hesitate to contact me and give me a chance to help you!

COMMON ISSUES:

PACKAGE ARRIVING LATE
When you see this on the tracking for your package, it means that USPS is aware that there is an issue causing a delay in shipment and your item is not lost. Please be patient and allow the situation to work itself out. Keep in mind that bad weather, holidays, and weekends can affect the mail service. If your item is time sensitive, please plan accordingly and order with plenty of time for it to arrive to avoid issues like this.

>> I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS AS LONG AS I HAVE SHIPPED WITHIN MY PROCESSING TIME, but Etsy may choose to refund you if you open a case with them, and it shouldn't hurt my shop to do so. Feel free to ask me how to do this.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the information entered at check out is correct. I will not send a free replacement and if the package is returned to me you will have to pay for new postage.

PACKAGE DELIVERED BUT NOT FOUND
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the place of delivery is safe from theft and that your property is easy to identify. I do not legally have to replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered, however, I will do my best to help you find it. The packages almost always get found!

LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package is deemed lost by USPS, I will replace it. However, there are protocols and time frames that must be followed first. I will not take your word for it, or accept pictures of letters from the post office, but will contact USPS myself. I've only had this happen a handful of times, it's very rare!

ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED

🔹🔹ETSY SELLER/BUYER PROTECTION 🔹🔹
I try to take care of problems that arise as best as I can, but Etsy also has a system in place that can cover some of the issues listed above. If we cannot reach an agreement on how to handle a situation, Etsy can step in. This usually results in you receiving a refund from Etsy, and it does not harm my shop. This option usually pops up on its own a certain amount of time after you contact me about your order, and I can walk you through it if need be.
