A digital proof is typically sent via Etsy message within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. The order will be shipped after the proof is approved. Please see below for production/turnaround times.

A total of 3 proofs are included with each stamp. Additional proofs may require an additional fee.

My office hours are currently 10am-6pm PST, Monday-Friday. Please understand that proofs and messages are typically not sent on weekends and holidays as these are not business days.

Custom stamp orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after the proof is approved. I ship through USPS. Rush orders/rush processing/rush shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are shipped via USPS, and most orders will receive a tracking number. International orders (outside the US) may be shipped via Asendia. Local pickup is not available at this time.

Most of the fonts used in my designs do support other languages and special characters, or I can usually find a similar font that will support your language.

The self-inking stamps have the ability to be re-inked, or the entire ink pad can be easily replaced if necessary.

Self-inking stamps typically last for up to 1,000 impressions before needing to be re-inked. Re-inking takes just 2-3 drops of ink to refresh the ink pad.
