This company produces pins and badges based on our designs. We handle design, packaging, and sending, so don't worry, your pins and button badges will be packed and sent by our Palaeoiris LGBTQ+ team. :)

This is a fulfilment centre that creates products made to order for us. We are currently not in a position to handle manufacturing, mass-ordering and storing of these items so this is a compromise that allows our designs to be printed on many other products.

Frequently asked questions
Will my order be tracked?
Most of the orders will be shipped with tracked shipping included in the price of the shipping.
The only exemption are stickers printed by our Print on Demand partner, which are shipped with a budget untracked shipping option by default to offer you a way to save on shipping. You can still purchase Tracked shipping upgrade at the checkout for these items. This applies to items with a purple-and-white notice among the product photos, so you'll know which items this applies to when you see them.
Damaged or wrong items
If you are unhappy with the conditions your items arrived in we will send you a replacement on us.
If you receive damaged or otherwise faulty items please contact us either via Etsy message or by email at palaeoiris@gmail.com. Make sure you include a photograph of damaged/faulty item(s) and your order number if you're contacting us over email.
Likewise, if we happen to send you an item you haven't actually ordered, please don't hesitate to get in touch via one of the above-mentioned methods as well. We will, of course, send you correct item for no extra cost.
What happens if my order gets returned to the sender?
Treatment of returned items will depend on the reason why the order was returned.
ISSUE WITH AN ADDRESS
If your order was undelivered because we created the wrong address label we will cover the costs of sending replacement items.
If the order was undelivered because the buyer provided us with an incorrect, insufficient, or outdated address the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of re-shipping.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If you fail to claim your parcel from Customs and it gets returned to us we'll get in touch to arrange a second attempt.
The buyer is responsible for covering the re-shipping costs of unclaimed items.
Any unclaimed returned items after the second attempt are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds.
