• Make sure your Etsy address is updated

• If your order is marked "delivered", but it is not please contact your local USPS first. Also, please check with your neighbors first before contacting us. Most often, it's delivered next door! If you have exhausted these options please report stolen mail and contact your mail carrier. The mail carrier can check GPS coordinates on the delivery. We will, however, not send new items or refund the buyer for delivered items.

If the order has been marked as delivered to your mailbox then the order qualifies for Etsy purchase protection. Etsy will investigate the case. They will also reimburse you for the missing item,

📦 INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED, and RETURNED PACKAGES 📦
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the shipment is returned to us, you will be liable for the costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to us are the buyer's responsibility for reshipping costs.

• Currently, I am not taking on any custom work at this time - size and color changes included. Please be aware of this before messaging me for custom work. I also do not sell any digital files of my artwork. Thank you!

• If your order does not arrive, or is damaged, please let me know asap. Orders older than 30 days will not be refunded.

• Due to recent issues, we are no longer shipping internationally. Sorry about this!

• Coupons are not retroactive.

Why is your business name on the stickers? Unfortunately, copyright issues are a real thing for designers and happen often. My stickers are sold not only to you wonderful retailers but also to wholesalers at shops around the country, where a buyer may not know the origins of where the sticker was made. Placing my logo/business name on the sticker helps ensure (even just slightly) that someone will realize this was in fact designed by a real person and not "vintage".
