Can I customize my order?
Some products can be customized: for example, if you order an assorted set you can indicate if you have preferences. See the customization options within the individual product sheets to learn more.
How are your products packaged?
The products are packed with extreme care, so as to limit the possible risks due to transport by courier and make them arrive at their destination in perfect condition. We use 100% recycled materials for packaging and filling materials. In addition, if requested, we make a gift box with a personalized message, to be sent to the address you want.
CHRISTMAS 2020 - I have to make a gift, how can I do?
Select the "gift" option during the purchase process and customize the message for your recipient. We will create a personalized gift box with recycled materials (twine, newsprint ...) that will be inserted in the shipping package and delivered to the address you want.
CHRISTMAS 2020 - Will my package arrive by Christmas?
We are very quick to prepare the order, but in this period the couriers are quite busy. If you want to receive the product by Christmas we advise you to select Express shipping, at an additional cost of € 5.00. If you don't have an urgency, you can choose free standard shipping.
