Shipping Overages
Shipping overages occur because of the way Etsy automatically calculates the package weight. When purchasing multiple items, the calculated shipping price might be higher than what it actually costs to ship the package. I refund the difference.
Lid Design Quantities
For Quote Jars:
>The regular plain colors are here year round. If a color is sold out or low in stock, send me a message and I can increase it.
>Seasonal and special designs are in limited supply and I only have what is shown in stock.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom Quotes: I add custom quotes at no extra charge. Send me a message with the quotes you want added.
Custom Colors: You can add a note during check out or send me a message with the colors you want.
I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders (i.e. custom quotes and labels)
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
If an order shows delivered but hasn’t arrived: Packages usually arrive in a few days. In the rare case that it’s lost, you can get a refund through the Etsy Purchase Protection Program
Etsy Problem Solving
1. No “Add to Cart” button: This is a glitch that sometimes occurs on the Etsy app, it usually goes away within 24 hours
2. No shipping option at check out: This error usually occurs when people try to place extra large orders. I suggest placing two separate orders (I will refund any extra shipping cost) or message me and I can make a separate listing.
Glitches are more likely to occur on the Etsy app and usually go away within 24 hours. If you're having problems with the app, I recommend using a web browser.
