ℹ️ Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Starting August 29, 2025, new U.S. import regulations will apply to all orders shipped from outside the United States. This means that if you are based in the U.S. and place an order with our shop, you may be charged additional customs duties, taxes, or processing fees upon delivery.
These fees are set and collected by U.S. authorities, and unfortunately we have no control over them. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we are unable to reimburse these charges.
We kindly ask our U.S. customers to keep this in mind before placing an order, to avoid any surprises at delivery. Thank you for your understanding and continued support 💛
Care instructions
Wall preparing instructions:
The wall should be dry, light, smooth, clean, and free of dust.
Manufacturer recommends to install the wallpaper 3 weeks after painting. I also do not recommend applying the wallpaper on walls painted with latex paint.
My "peel and stick" material can be hanged and reaplied multiple times. Please make sure your wall is prepared correctly as the self-adhesive wallpaper may rip on old or badly prepared coatings during re-application.
Please note!
After receiving the product, make sure that the material is free from defects. Do make sure that it is free of any flaws and that all elements fit each other and sizes are as ordered.
After installation, I am unable to deal with any complaints.
Product dimensions can vary +/- 2%.
Shipping information
Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order, and please provide your phone number in the order note.
The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to Poland.
As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer].
Fedex company informs: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.
Returns
I gladly accept returns for standard orders that do not exceed $1500 :)

- ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return
Custom orders do not apply to returns&exchanges policy. The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense.
Customs Fees
Unfortunately, as it is stated in Etsy policy, as a seller, I am not responsible of any customs charges or fees in other countries as for items come from a different country. I also have no option to check how much and if there is any extra fee while shipping the order. I am very sorry if you have to pay some extra :(
Colors and scale
Unfortunately, I can't print metallic colors. I can prepare an imitation of gold/silver, if that interests you as well! The actual color may vary slightly from your monitor and then on a final print.
The scale and colors of the pattern used in the visualization may differ from those in the final print.
Keep in mind that the colors of another panel can vary a little bit, due to a different print batch.
Complaint
In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration.
How to prepare the mirror for installation?
1. Place the mirror on a stable, flat surface.
2. Clean, degrease and dry the surface of the mirror where you will stick the hangers.
3. Remove the film protecting the adhesive from the metal hangers.
4. Glue the pendants on the dry and degreased surface of the mirror.
5. Note that 100% strength of the pendants is after 24 hours after sticking them. Wait 24 h before you hang the mirror in the target location.
6. Measure the distance between the centers of the previously glued hangers.
7. Mark the measured distance on the wall and in the marked places drill holes and insert the wall plugs.
8. Screw the hooks with the included screws.
9. Hang the mirror, sliding it carefully from the top. Done!
