Wholesale availability
We offer wholesale pricing. Please contact us directly for information on wholesale orders as we are only able to accept a limited amount of wholesale orders per year.
Custom and personalized orders
We are currently not accepting custom orders. We will be opening up to custom projects a few times throughout the year. Please follow us on Instagram @pawsntots as we will be posting when we are accepting custom requests.
Shipping time

Please allow extra time for tracking to update and for your package to arrive, as carriers are currently seeing an increase in volume and are operating under new safety measures.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Our Free Shipping Option (Standard lettermail shipping within Canada) does not have a tracking number available. On average you can expect to receive your package within 1-6 weeks once shipped, with most packages currently arriving around the 2-3 week mark. If you would like your order shipped with tracking, please upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Our items require different safety/materials testing depending on the region they are being shipped to. While we hope to soon have all of our items available throughout Canada and the US, we are currently only shipping within Canada.
Care instructions
Fringe on any of our items can be combed out with a wide tooth comb and trimmed as desired. Please be sure to avoid combing over the knots when doing so. Care instructions for baby items (teethers and pacifier clips) can be found on our packaging as well as in our listings. If you have any other questions please feel free to send us a message!
WARNING
Our baby items are to be used under adult supervision at all times. Please never leave your baby or child unattended at any time during the use of one of our pacifier clips or teethers. Not intended for use during sleep.
How do I care for my Macrame pacifier clip?
Wash by hand, Spot clean ONLY.
Fringe can be combed and trimmed to desired length.
To avoid any unnecessary rusting, please do not let sit in water during cleaning or use while swimming (pool, ocean, or lake) Do not leave outside while not in use. Pat dry after washing.
**WARNING**
Never leave baby unattended with a pacifier clip. Never leave on baby during sleep. Please inspect carefully before every use. If knots come untied, discontinue use immediately. Our pacifier clips are not intended to be chewed on.
Once our products have been sold and have left our care, Paws N Tots waives all responsibility and liability from the use of our products
