The glasses were exactly as pictured, arrived quickly and were well packaged.

The ashtray was in excellent condition, just like new and it was amazingly well wrapped for posting. I am very pleased with both the item and the seller.

I'm just going to be honest, customer communication is paramount and this is where this seller was lacking. If I didn't need these as a Christmas gift I'd not have purchased from this seller. Let me say the quality of the items once they arrived were great but the seller did not respond to my questions and I had to just risk the buy and hope they were what I needed.

This was labeled as brass and it's plastic, which i wouldn't have bought if i had known. Seller offered 20% off for future purchase, which i won't use unfortunately. Returning the item would have cost me around 20$, which makes a refund useless. So overall, not very satisfied and i'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this is frustrating. Thanks anyways but please describe your items accurately.
